Dissolve the powder in sterile water. Shake well and use. Zifi CV 50 Dry Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Zifi CV 50 Dry Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cefixime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefixime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria.
