Sothrex Plus Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Sothrex Plus Syrup is a combination of five medicines: Guaifenesin, Ambroxol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine and Menthol which relieve cough.
