Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Rexcof LS Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Rexcof LS Syrup is a combination of three medicines—Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol, and Guaifenesin. Ambroxol is a mucolytic, which thins and loosens the mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping to open them up and making breathing easier. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that further helps to clear mucus from the airways by making it thinner and less sticky, promoting its removal through coughing.
