Twist off the top of the respule/transpule and squeeze all the liquid into the nebulizer. It should be used right away after opening. Budesal 0.5mg Respules 2ml is a combination of two medicines: Levosalbutamol and Budesonide. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways. Budesonide is a corticosteroid; it works by stopping the release of certain natural substances in the body that are responsible for inflammation (swelling) in the airways.
